The ideal candidate will set high expectations, provide continuous feedback, create a culture of achievement, invest in staff development, and find effective solutions to problems, all while aligning with BRICK's mission and core values. The role involves supporting curriculum implementation, coaching teachers, leading data analysis meetings, providing instructional coaching, and leading professional development sessions.
