Education Through Music, Inc. (ETM), a nonprofit partnering with New York City Public Schools, is hiring a full-time Instructional Supervisor in New York City. The role oversees a cohort of music teachers across PreK-12 partner schools, conducting classroom observations, creating professional development plans, giving feedback, managing teacher accountability, supporting curriculum and lesson development, coordinating school partnerships and performances, and maintaining ETM music rooms and training resources.
