SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University’s Department of Information Services is hiring a full-time Instructional Support Associate / Academic Application Support Associate to provide technical and academic application support for faculty, staff, and students. The role focuses on Brightspace LMS administration and troubleshooting, instructional technology, faculty training, course design, educational-tool integrations, classroom and remote-learning technology, user support, documentation, reporting, and coordination with IT services.
