Oneida Professional Services is hiring a full-time Instructional System Designer for the Defense Information School at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. The role analyzes training requirements, develops instructional programs and content, creates assessments and performance metrics, supports training product development, manages course content in DINFOS and Blackboard, conducts evaluations and item analysis, and recommends course improvements. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least two years of curriculum development and instructional design experience using the ADDIE framework, LMS experience, and availability for full-time on-site support. Compensation is $99,692 for the first performance year, with federal medical, dental, and eye insurance and other benefits.
