Description

Prevailance is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) – eLearning to support NATO Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Transformation in Norfolk, Virginia. The role analyzes learning needs, develops and improves eLearning and instructor-led training solutions, coordinates with SMEs and stakeholders, supports NATO-compliant course delivery, and may require international travel. Candidates need at least five years of recent eLearning development experience, experience with SCORM and LMS platforms, a relevant master's or bachelor's degree, English proficiency at STANAG 6001 SLP 3333, a valid NATO-member passport, and an active NATO SECRET or National SECRET security clearance. The position offers a salary of $100,000 to $150,000 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Master's degree in Education and Training Development or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in Education and Training Development or a related field with at least three years of ISD experience.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of eLearning development experience within the last 5 years.
At least 5 years of experience communicating with clients, SMEs, and stakeholders throughout the instructional design process.
At least 5 years of experience using eLearning authoring tools to develop SCORM-compliant learning content.
At least 5 years of experience developing content within Learning Management Systems, such as Moodle or equivalent platforms.
Contributions to at least 3 eLearning projects, including representative storyboards.
