Description

Pursuit is hiring an AI-Native Program Manager to own the Builder experience for its nights-and-weekend AI workforce-development cohort. The role combines coaching, cohort operations, community support, learning-experience design, and AI systems-building to improve Builder persistence, engagement, completion, and career outcomes. The manager will lead workshops, coach individuals, track performance data, prototype AI-powered tools and workflows, partner with product teams, and represent Pursuit externally. It is an onsite, full-time role in Long Island City with a Saturday/Sunday and Monday/Wednesday schedule, reporting to the COO, and offers a base salary of $100,000–$115,000 plus incentive compensation and benefits.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4-6 years of professional experience in startups, operations, customer success, workforce development, hospitality, education, learning and development, community operations, or other fast-paced, outcomes-driven environments.
Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, solve operational problems, create learning experiences, or build products.
Experience building lightweight automations, agents, workflows, dashboards, or internal tools using AI.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to lead groups, coach individuals, and create momentum in high-accountability environments.
Strong systems-thinking ability focused on process improvement, automation, and technology.
