Description
The Instructor leads climbing programs for participants of all ages and abilities, including youth camps, learn-to-belay clinics, and team-building sessions. The role delivers clear instruction, coaches skill development and rope management, manages risk and equipment, supports participants and families, and maintains program reliability. Applicants must be at least 18, hold or obtain CPR/First Aid/AED and Safe Sport certification, and demonstrate communication, patience, maturity, and dependability. Compensation is $17.50–$24 per hour, with climbing membership, network access, training, and professional development benefits.
