Description
The posting describes an in-home support role serving intellectually and developmentally challenged adults in their homes and communities. The role provides training and developmental support across daily living, mobility, coping, community navigation, money management, safe self-medication, and other customized interventions; documents reporting; communicates with stakeholders; and participates in training and team meetings. The swing shift is Saturday 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Sunday 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with Monday through Friday off. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age, relevant experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, a California driver’s license, automobile insurance, and English proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
