Description
The posting describes an in-home support role serving intellectually and developmentally challenged adults in their homes and communities. The role provides daily living, mobility, coping, community navigation, money management, safe self-medication, and other customized interventions; documents reporting; communicates with stakeholders; and participates in training and team meetings. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age, relevant experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, a California driver’s license, automobile insurance, and English proficiency. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with Monday, Saturday, and Sunday off.
