Western International College is hiring a contract Instructor to deliver two graduate-level pathway courses for international students: ALC200, Academic Literacy in Context: Business & Technical Writing, and CPRL200, Collaborative Product Realization Lab. The role involves delivering engaging instruction, facilitating collaborative and experiential learning, supporting student transitions to Canadian post-secondary education, providing feedback and assessment, and collaborating with academic and student support teams. Applicants must hold a PhD or thesis-master’s degree with engineering, STEM, or applied sciences experience, have at least five years of post-secondary teaching experience, and demonstrate intercultural communication and equity-informed teaching skills. The contract is paid by section, with each section consisting of four classroom hours and at least 1.25 office hours per week, and is based on enrolment.
