The employer is hiring full-time Teacher Assistant/Paraprofessional/Instructor roles in Chicopee and West Springfield to support children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities. The 40-hour week runs Monday through Friday with eight-hour shifts, a 30-minute unpaid midday break, and a mandatory weekly morning meeting. Responsibilities include supporting lead teachers with Individualized Education Plans, assisting with personal care and behavioral interventions, using Applied Behavior Analysis, documenting progress, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.
