Description
The Mathnasium Instructor delivers individualized mathematical instruction using the Mathnasium method, supports student confidence and engagement, evaluates and documents progress, provides constructive feedback, and collaborates in a team-teaching environment. The role requires strong math skills through Algebra I, with high-school students requiring additional knowledge in Geometry, Algebra II, Trigonometry, and Calculus; at least three days per week availability for 3–4-hour shifts; completion of 10 training modules, assignments, and 10 hours of instruction practice within one month of hiring; and professional customer service, center upkeep, and administrative assistance.
