The Ministry of Defence is hiring a full-time Automotive Technology Instructor in Soesterberg to teach and supervise students in military vehicle technology, including the CV90 and Fennek. The role combines practical vehicle work, digital learning, internship supervision, advanced courses, and coaching students from trainee to fully qualified mechanic. Applicants need an MBO or HBO background in automotive technology, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering, vehicle experience, strong communication skills, and a first-level commercial vehicle technician diploma. The position offers €24.95 gross per hour, travel reimbursement, pension accrual, and a 38-hour work week.
