Description
The Vocational Instructor provides classroom and laboratory instruction to inmates at the Gadsden Correctional Facility in Quincy, Florida, following approved curricula and correctional standards. The role includes developing assessments, adapting instructional materials, planning training resources, monitoring inmate behavior, maintaining accountability, and following facility procedures. It is a full-time Monday–Friday position paying $22 per hour and requires a bachelor’s degree in a vocation certified to teach or a high school diploma with three years of relevant vocational experience and Florida secondary teaching certification.
