Chattanooga State is hiring a 9-month tenure-track Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology, Computer and Power Systems Instructor for its Chattanooga campus. The role teaches lecture and laboratory courses in electrical engineering technology, computer systems, embedded systems, digital controls, and power systems; develops industry-aligned curriculum; maintains hands-on laboratory environments; supports workforce-aligned program innovation and industry partnerships; and provides holistic student support. Applicants need a qualifying bachelor’s or associate’s degree, relevant technical experience or certification, and knowledge of electrical systems, embedded systems, sensors, digital controls, industrial networking, SCADA, or power systems.
