TSTC is hiring an Instructor to deliver approved electrical linework curriculum in an applied learning environment. The role includes preparing and delivering instruction, administering assessments, providing feedback, advising students, supporting recruitment, and integrating technology. Candidates must have verifiable electrical linework experience and a Class C driver's license; 10+ years of experience, Journeyman certification, OSHA Outreach Trainer certification, a Class A commercial driver's license, CPR/AED certification, and prior lineworker training are preferred. The position offers a salary range of $90,136 to $117,177 plus up to $6,000 in annual retention bonus, along with paid leave, health and retirement benefits, and employee discounts.
