The City of Essen is hiring a permanent Instructor (Emergency Medical Technician) for its Fire and Rescue Service and Rescue Service Academy in Essen. The role delivers instruction and coordinates practical teaching, supports guidance at rescue stations and hospitals, contributes to assessments and written records, assists with module and timetable planning, and supports examination boards and continuing education. Applicants must hold the professional emergency medical technician title, complete the required practice-instructor training, and have at least five years of rescue-service experience; school-operation and instruction experience is desirable. The position is available full-time or part-time and is located at Lützowstraße 53–61, 45141 Essen.
