Description
The Adjunct Intensive English Program Instructor for CSI teaches Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced ESL courses for up to 27.5 hours per week and plans, delivers, grades, and assesses student work. The role also includes advising, maintaining academic records, participating in professional development, leading quarterly field trips, and contributing to program improvement. Applicants need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in ESL/EFL, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Linguistics, or a related field, plus knowledge of language-teaching methodology and native or near-native English; two years of adult-learning teaching experience is preferred.
