Description
The Healthcare Career Program, Billing and Coding Instructor will teach healthcare billing and coding courses, including ICD-10, CPT, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and related administrative procedures. The role involves preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures and project-based learning, supporting students, evaluating progress, maintaining academic records, advising students, and contributing to program improvement. It requires a BS degree in healthcare or a related field, two years of recent billing and coding experience, and administrative proficiency; healthcare industry certification is preferred. The position teaches up to 27.5 hours per week and offers paid time off.
