Description
The Business Career – Hospitality Leadership Adjunct Instructor will teach up to 27.5 hours per week in Fundamentals of Hospitality Leadership, Hospitality Management Strategy, Hospitality Business Training and Development, and Managing Guest Experience. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures and project-based learning, supporting students, evaluating progress, maintaining academic records, participating in professional development, organizing field outings, contributing to program improvement, and providing academic advising. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in hospitality or a related field, or related work experience and specialized training, and follows a hybrid schedule of two remote days per week and three on-site days per quarter.
