Description
The Instructional Faculty role supports Houston Community College’s Human Services or Behavioral Sciences curriculum by teaching courses, advising students, developing instruction, evaluating student progress, maintaining records, and participating in professional development and institutional service. The position requires a master’s degree in Human Services or Behavioral Sciences, at least three years of experience in Human Services or a related field, clinical counseling skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to teach day or evening classes at multiple sites. The role may be part-time and includes a maximum contact-hour load subject to faculty workload guidelines.
