Description
The Ventura County Community College District is accepting applications for part-time instructors in an unspecified discipline at Oxnard, Moorpark, or Ventura colleges. The role provides classroom, lab, performance, and distance-mediated instruction; assesses student learning; advises students; maintains course records; and may participate in curriculum development and department activities. Applicants must meet the discipline’s minimum qualifications, which include a master’s degree in a specified communication or speech-related field, a bachelor’s degree in one of those fields plus a master’s in drama, theater arts, mass communication, or English, or an appropriate California Community College Credential. Starting compensation is $2,408 to $3,108 per semester per 10% load.
