Description
Ventura College is accepting applications on an ongoing basis for part-time instructors in an unspecified discipline for future consideration during the Summer 2026, Fall 2026, and Spring 2027 semesters. The role provides classroom, laboratory, performance, and distance-mediated instruction; assesses student learning; advises students; maintains course records; and may participate in curriculum development and department activities. Applicants must meet the discipline’s minimum qualifications, which include a bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant professional experience or an associate degree with six years of relevant professional experience, or an appropriate California Community College Credential. Part-time faculty with classroom assignments are paid $2,007 to $3,108 per semester per 10% load.
