WGU is hiring an on-site, part-time intermittent Instructor, Learning Lab in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role facilitates nursing student learning and performance assessment in clinical learning labs, including basic nursing skills instruction and high-fidelity simulation. Responsibilities include demonstrating and evaluating clinical skills, providing feedback and remediation referrals, teaching clinical judgment and the nursing process, maintaining safe simulated patient-care environments, supporting onboarding of new instructors and simulation technicians, scheduling, inventory, and quality improvement. The position requires an MSN, at least two years of professional experience, and an active, unencumbered Indiana RN license.
