Western Governors University (WGU) is hiring a part-time intermittent, on-site Instructor, Learning Lab in Houston, Texas. The role facilitates nursing student learning and performance assessments in clinical learning labs, including basic nursing skills and high-fidelity simulation, while providing feedback, clinical teaching, remediation referrals, and support for safe patient care. The instructor also helps onboard new lab instructors and simulation technicians, plan schedules, maintain supplies, and support quality improvement. An MSN, at least two years of professional experience, subject-matter expertise, and an active, unencumbered Texas RN license are required; experience with distance education, simulation-based education, and integrated technology is preferred.
