The Beschäftigungs- und Qualifizierungsgesellschaft Werkhof gem. GmbH is hiring an Instructor (m/f/d) for its bicycle workshop in Hagen Hohenlimburg. The initially fixed-term position lasts two years and requires at least 18 hours per week, with up to 24 hours. The role supports participants in labor-market measures under SGB II and SGB III, provides bicycle-repair instruction, develops work-related and social skills, plans and documents activities, and maintains participant data. Applicants need vocational training as a bicycle mechanic or bicycle mechatronics technician, strong communication and teamwork skills, empathy for participants, and MS Office knowledge; social-sector experience, trainer certification, and a Class B driver’s license are desirable.
