Description
BAE Systems is hiring an Instructor Pilot (Basic) in Al-Majmaah, Saudi Arabia to deliver flight and ground training to cadets on the PC-21 and to conduct flying instructional missions in line with RSAF and company regulations. The role involves monitoring cadet progress, supporting safety reporting and risk management, delivering lectures and synthetic device missions, and maintaining strong interpersonal, communication, and instructional standards. Candidates must be highly experienced military or ex-military flying instructors with an RAF A2 instructor qualification or equivalent, at least 1,500 total flying hours, 800 fixed-wing hours, and 400 basic instructional hours.
