Description
The Practical Nursing Instructor designs, delivers, evaluates, and improves classroom, laboratory, simulation, online, and clinical instruction for the Practical Nursing program at Martin Community College. The role supervises students in clinical settings, supports licensure preparation and NCLEX-PN success, maintains instructional records, participates in curriculum and program evaluation, and collaborates with clinical partners and stakeholders. The position requires a BSN, at least two years of Registered Nurse clinical experience, an active North Carolina or multistate RN license, and teaching experience; an MSN is preferred, and faculty preparation requirements must be met within three years of employment.
