Sertoma Center, Inc. is hiring a full-time Instructor for its Project SEARCH program in Knoxville, Tennessee. The role focuses on developing and coordinating the program, teaching employability skills, supporting interns with disabilities, collaborating with families, agencies, and host business staff, and helping interns achieve competitive, integrated employment. The position requires classroom/program coordination experience, work with individuals with disabilities, strong communication and organizational skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Tennessee driver’s license, and other employment eligibility requirements.
