Description
The Reading Instructor will provide academic instruction in reading, develop and deliver lessons, counsel students, coordinate with counselors, maintain a safe training environment, and complete assessments and documentation. The role is full-time with eight-hour Monday-through-Friday shifts, pays $45,000 annually, and is based at the Tongue Point Job Corps Center in Astoria, Oregon. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree, a valid teaching certificate in the state of employment, one year of related experience, and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
