Description
Houston City College is hiring an Instructional Faculty member to teach college-level courses, advise students, support professional development, and participate in institutional and community service. The role requires an associate degree or higher in Construction Management, Construction Technology, or a related field, or a high school diploma/GED with four years of direct related experience, plus three years of direct industry work experience. Candidates must have knowledge of residential, commercial, or industrial low-voltage integration, structured cabling, audio/video, security, CCTV, access control, networking, and relevant Texas and national building and electrical codes, along with computer, communication, organizational, and student-support skills. The position may teach day or evening classes at multiple sites around Houston.
