Description
The Instructor, Technical Training will report to the Manager, Technical Training and facilitate, develop, and ensure compliance with Technical Operations training and procedures. The role delivers regulated aircraft technical training, Canadian Aviation Regulations training, health and safety training, and company-policy training to Technical Operations personnel at all stations, while maintaining training documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and serving as a technical resource. The position requires a diploma in aircraft maintenance, at least five years of aircraft maintenance experience, regulatory-compliance and software-logistics experience, Microsoft Office knowledge, bilingual French and English communication, and preferably instructor or lead experience, aircraft certification authority, avionics background, and A330 or A321 endorsement.
