Description
The RTR Pilates Training Academy offers an immersive in-house instructor-training program with spring, summer, fall, and winter academies. Participants attend scheduled training, complete observation and outside work, practice teaching, and receive mentorship to learn the RTR method. Compensation is $17.65 per hour during training, with new instructors potentially earning $35–$80 through classes and commissions. Graduates may join RTR instructor teams in Virginia or Maryland studios and receive ongoing support. Applicants must have a movement background, Pilates interest or experience, communication skills, and a willingness to learn; teaching experience is preferred but not required.
