Description
The Web Application Development, Web Application Engineering Instructor will teach courses covering user interface design, programming, web application development, databases, application servers, software development lifecycles, web security, and advanced JavaScript. The role involves preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures and project-based learning, supporting and evaluating students, maintaining academic records, participating in professional development, organizing field outings, contributing to program improvement, and providing academic advising. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with up to 27.5 teaching hours per week. A bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is required, while five years of industry experience is preferred; the role also requires practical experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Django, databases, SQL, Agile, application servers, containers, and cybersecurity basics.
