Description
The Welding Technology Instructor provides classroom and laboratory instruction in welding technology theory, shielded metal arc, gas metal arc, flux cored arc, and gas tungsten arc processes, blueprint reading, manual and CNC plasma cutting, and industrial safety. The role also involves preparing and updating curriculum, maintaining equipment and records, supporting diverse learners, and ensuring safe working conditions. It requires an associate’s degree in welding or a related field and three years of industry experience in welding technology; teaching experience is preferred. The position is on-site, with remote work limited to Oregon or Washington and subject to prior approval.
