Ingeus is hiring an Instructors/Job Coach in Berlin-Spandau to conduct German language courses, provide one-to-one coaching, motivate and support job seekers, develop individual vocational integration plans, and serve as a contact for clients, colleagues, and employers. The role requires a specialized university degree or vocational qualification, a DaF/DaZ certificate, one year of professional experience, workshop-running experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse clients. It is initially limited in duration but generally intended to be permanent, with an Employee Assistance Program and structured onboarding.
