INVISTA is hiring an Instrument & Electrical Engineer in Victoria, Texas to lead reliability and performance improvements for instrumentation, control systems, electrical assets, and related manufacturing operations. The role partners with operations, maintenance, turnaround, and project teams; troubleshoots equipment; modernizes legacy instrumentation; supports safety, functional, process, environmental, and regulatory systems; leads root-cause analysis; develops technical documentation and commissioning procedures; and uses reliability metrics to drive continuous improvement. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree, applicable standards knowledge, and at least three years of industrial instrumentation, electrical, reliability, maintenance, or mechanical-integrity experience, with additional experience and functional-safety certification preferred.
