Taurus Industrial Group is hiring an Instrument Engineer to work from its Port Lavaca, Texas office and be assigned onsite at a client location in Point Comfort, Texas. The role covers instrument engineering design, P&ID and piping review, specifications, bidding documentation, DCS/SIS systems, vendor evaluation, construction support, and project coordination. Candidates need a BS in Electrical Control Systems Engineering, three years of instrument engineering experience in the petrochemical industry, plant-environment experience, and knowledge of industrial controls, instrumentation, processes, DCS/PLC I/O wiring, and instrument power systems.
