Description
The Instrument Technician will work on dayshift in the Operations Support Department at the dsm-firmenich Dalry site, performing preventative and reactive maintenance, safety-related work, equipment handovers, documentation, SAP time recording, and continuous improvement. The role requires at least two years of experience in a chemical, manufacturing, or process plant environment, an HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering discipline, and experience maintaining and fault-finding temperature, level, flow, pH, and control valve instrumentation. Knowledge of instrumentation maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, functional safety, machine safety, and ATEX is required or advantageous.
