Epworth HealthCare is hiring a casual Sterilising Technician (CSSD) at Epworth Eastern in Box Hill, Melbourne. The role supports infection prevention and patient safety by collecting, cleaning, decontaminating, inspecting, testing, packaging, sterilising, storing, and distributing reusable medical devices and equipment for the theatre team. Applicants need a Sterilisation Services Certificate III or equivalent, proven CSSD experience, competence in surgical instrument reprocessing, knowledge of infection prevention and control, and understanding of workplace OHS requirements.
