Messer is hiring an Instrument Technician I to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a continuous chemical manufacturing process. The role includes preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; instrument calibration, configuration, and replacement; electrical and process-control troubleshooting; shutdown and startup support; CMMS use; and contractor supervision. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, three years of relevant process-plant reliability experience, ISA Level 1 certification or the ability to obtain it within two years, and a valid driver’s license. The salary range is $68,000 to $90,000.
