Description
The Laboratory Service Technician performs semi-routine activities on simple to moderately complex laboratory instrumentation, including fault-finding, repair, quality-control testing, service reporting, instrument logistics, spare-parts inventory management, and customer support. The role supports Technician I and II employees, may involve domestic or international travel of up to 10% per quarter, and requires a high school diploma, two years of technical or mechanical training or education, and two years of experience in a technical or mechanical field. Compensation is $25–$29 per hour, with health, vision, dental insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
