Description
The Instrumentation and Control Commissioning Engineer will lead commissioning activities for complex instrumentation and control systems across critical nuclear plant systems. The role includes preparing for installation and commissioning, executing onsite tests, reviewing procedures, assessing as-built installations, collaborating on system handover, ensuring compliance with nuclear safety and licence requirements, recording test data, managing risks, supporting calibration and maintenance, and supervising contractors. The position requires relevant engineering education or HNC, experience commissioning systems in nuclear, power, petrochemical, or heavy industry sectors, and practical knowledge of instrumentation, process measurement, DCS/PLC and plant protection systems, and safety relief valve systems. Hybrid working and flexible hours are offered.
