Description
Micron Technology is hiring an Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) Engineer at its Clay, New York site to lead and validate third-party designs for PLC, SCADA, DCS, and field instrumentation systems supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing. The role reviews control system architectures, specifications, deliverables, cybersecurity, reliability, constructability, and regulatory compliance; coordinates with design partners, contractors, and internal teams; and supports integration, commissioning, and startup. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical or control systems engineering and at least five years of I&C engineering experience, including two years coordinating third-party designs. The full-time position offers a US base salary of $118,000 to $200,000 per year, with medical, dental, and vision plans and other benefits.
