Description
The Instrumentation Controls and Electrical (ICE) Supervisor leads and coordinates maintenance activities for instrumentation, controls, electrical, communications, measurement, and safety systems across production and water facilities. The role oversees ICE technicians, corrective and preventative maintenance, calibrations, safety shutdown systems, equipment reliability, training, work scheduling through Maximo, and coordination with Operations, Water, Production Control Center, Completions, SCADA, Automation, Engineering, and other support groups. The position also manages electrical work up to 480 VAC, electrical safety training, equipment lifecycle management, reliability improvements, and technician development.
