Description
The Instrumentation Foreman will oversee and supervise instrumentation and control system operations at a plant in Guyong, Sta. Maria, Bulacan. The role manages instrumentation technicians, performs troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, ensures safety and environmental compliance, maintains system records, and supports process improvement. It requires at least five years of instrumentation or related experience, PLC knowledge, technical diagram interpretation, leadership and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. The schedule is six days per week with 12-hour duties, and the salary is PHP 25,000–30,000.
