Description
The Doe Run Company is hiring an Instrumentation Technician for a day-shift position at Fletcher Surface in Centerville, Missouri, with possible work-location changes within the Viburnum Trend in Southeast Missouri. The role pays $32.25 per hour plus a 5% targeted monthly bonus and includes day-one insurance benefits, vacation after 90 days, on-the-job training, and career growth. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and calibrating process-control instrumentation and related equipment; rebuilding and installing equipment; programming PLCs and variable-frequency drives; managing maintenance projects; training operational staff; and maintaining records and safety compliance. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of process-control instrumentation, electrical, and industrial-electronics experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of circuits, schematics, safety practices, and PLC/VFD technologies.
