Description
The Instrumentation Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, adjustment, testing, and troubleshooting of field instruments, control valves, actuators, pneumatic positioners, signal cables, and DCS inputs. The role requires interpreting P&ID diagrams, documenting maintenance activities, supporting operational analysis of measurement and control deviations, and following safety and management-system procedures. A completed technical course in instrumentation, industrial automation, electrical engineering, or a related field is required, while at least two years of industrial instrumentation, control-systems, or process-automation experience is desirable.
