Description

Celgard, LLC, a subsidiary of Asahi Kasei Group, is seeking an Instruments & Electronics Multi-Craft Technician to join their maintenance team in Concord, NC. This night shift position involves troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment breakdowns, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and providing support to manufacturing processes. The technician will also be responsible for completing paperwork, performing electrical calibrations, and assisting in new equipment installations.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years instrumentation & electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment performing multi-craft maintenance
Formal industrial maintenance training required
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to perform diagnostics and set-up of PLC & AC Inverter drives; preferred experience on Allen Bradley RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000, and Powerflex drives
Experience supporting instrumentation and control loops for temperature, pressure, tension, and flow preferred
Experience with predictive techniques such as infrared and ultrasonic are preferred
Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office applications and other computer programs (MS Office, Word, Excel)
