Description
The role coordinates HVAC and fire-protection projects for clients, planners, subcontractors, and the installation team; manages correspondence, change orders, site reports, inspections, construction handovers, health and safety compliance, and defect remediation. Applicants should have completed a trade apprenticeship as an insulation technician for WKSB or a comparable qualification, ideally with project and work experience in insulation technology and fire protection, along with knowledge of construction law and materials.
